What was the problem
Most new users landed in Wingy... and didn’t know what to do next.
Confused, they left before they ever got started. We set out to fix that. What followed was a series of creation of a new ecosystem that made a big difference.
We decided to build a tutor platform. It was a big project for the company, so our founder participated in the design and development of the project.
We segmented tutor platform in two for the tutors:

Introduced payouts, calendar, gamification of incentives and more….

Design system was most important part to create an eco-system
Now we introduced payout management where a tutor can manage their lesson payouts, calendar and new demos in one place. We gamified incentives to motivate and set rational goals.
